The version 125e pictured has a two circle name label but an identical cob has been found with the earlier wide N O. label. There are many extra octave notes on 125e as is typical of Early Arrangements, but the arrangement may have been changed at a later date. Another copy that is apparently even later (no circle name label and buff instruction label) has been found with the same pinning pattern found on 125e. This is odd because no other example of a cob number reverting back to an old pinning pattern has been found. See also #18 - He Leadeth Me and #134 - Marble Halls.
