The cob labeled 169e is believed to be correctly identified by the label as the early version of 169 however it is a completely different tune. In researching the tune on cob 169e for the [[:dutton:home]], Richard Dutton has been unable to identify it as coming from the operetta "La Mascotte". The tune on the cob labeled 169 however is definitely from the operetta. The origin of the tune on 169e remains a mystery.
