In the series of Swedish hymns which are sourced from ++1819 Års Koralbok|{{search>"1819 Års Koralbok" -NOTOC @cobs}}++\\(see [[:refs:]] >> [[:refs:#Swedish Hymns]])%%%%), #198 in 1819 Års Koralbok (the first cob in the series) is [[:cobs:74:]]. As an example of the transition from printed paper to pinned arrangement, these two arrangements were compared by transposing the cob into the same key as the printed copy.

Several differences are noted:

Usually this consisted of slightly lengthening individual notes, so that they often overlapped. In play, this produces a constant melody line without audible gaps. However if there were repeated notes, a gap was desired so that the notes would remain distinct, so the first was often shortened.  |
