146e and 146f are very similar in that the only differences appear to be pin counts in many notes. The arrangements are almost identical and have the Octave Notes typically found in the Early Arrangements. Only a few of the low numbered cobs have two pinning patterns of early arrangements and no other example has yet been found where the arrangements are so nearly identical.
